Polyester air slide fabric made from blended polyester filament for optimum quality and heat resistance.
Air slide fabric enables smooth fluid like flow of powdered substances. The pneumatic conveyor system is a gravity based conveyor system where low pressure air is pumped through the air slide fabric to allow frictionless flow of bulk material over the surface of the fabric. Air slide fabric based conveyor systems operate on low power becase they do not require physical movement of the conveyor belt.
Construction
Solid woven construction using 100% polyester filament yarns in the warp & binder and weft containing polyester filament yarn blended with spun polyester yarn.
